Vodafone 3g wifi dongle Plans

Vodafone has reached across India with it's communications networks in recent years, and are always improving their technologies and services, not to mention reducing the cost to the customer of these services as well. Perhaps a good deal of this is the inevitable result of competition, but nevertheless Vodafone is a company that has proved time and again that they are certainly willing to fight for their consumer base.
Indeed, Vodafone might be said to be a leader in communications in India – not only do they own a large share of the mobile communications market, but they have branched out with great success into the broadband and wireless Internet markets.

The new Vodafone 3g wifi dongle Plans are just another example of this corporate philosophy. All you have to do is to plug an Vodafone Card into your computer and you have complete access to the Internet, with reasonably high speeds, no matter where in the country you might be. Best of all, there is no 'roaming' charge, charges remaining standard in all the Vodafone 3g wifi dongle Plans no matter where in India you use the card.

There are several Vodafone 3g wifi datacard Plans and you should choose the one that suits you best.
The Standard Plan: This plan charges just Rs. 50 as a rent for the card, and then allows you to surf at the rate of Rs. 10 per Mb. This is really an excellent plan for those who do limited surfing, yet have to remain connected for business purposes – however, it is far too expensive for the dedicated surfer.
Plan 1 & 2: This plan is slightly more sophisticated, in that you pay Rs. 350 and receive 500 Mb of surfing free. There is a more advanced version of this plan, called Plan 2, in which you pay Rs. 600 for 1 Gb of free surfing. The cost of surfing beyond the limit is also cheaper than in the Standard Plan.

Surf Unlimited: This plan gives you unlimited data access for a thousand rupees. However, Vodafone's speeds on these cards are so slow in most places that it is not really worth paying this amount of money for the service.
